By accessing or using the services offered by PicSolitaire: Jigsaw Art, you explicitly consent to be bound by these legally binding Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the game, its digital platforms and applications, social functionalities, and any supplementary offerings. Your engagement is also regulated by our Privacy Notice and any ancillary guidelines. Your continued use constitutes ratification of these Terms. If you do not accept, you must immediately cease all access. Standard mobile carrier fees may apply, and service operability depends on your device and network compatibility.
Subject to your ongoing compliance, we grant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You must not commercialize, use false identities, or maintain multiple accounts on a single device. We reserve the right to reclaim any username.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account upon violations, illicit activity, or infringement of third-party rights. Dormant accounts inactive for 180+ days may be deactivated. You can request termination via the in-app support system.
Interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms. We disclaim accountability for external content.
All rights, title, and interest in the game, code, assets, and architecture are retained by us, protected under Finnish and international law.
In-app virtual content, including currency, is our property. Users have no proprietary claims.
Users are responsible for submitted content. It must be accurate, lawful, non-malicious, and comply with our Privacy Notice. We may review, archive, edit, or remove content at any time.
The Services may be updated; compulsory updates may be required. Hardware or software upgrades on your side may be needed without prior notice.
Our Privacy Notice details data protection practices. Absolute immunity from digital vulnerabilities cannot be guaranteed.
Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages. Total cumulative liability does not exceed payments made in the past 180 days, or $0 if none.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us and affiliates against claims from your use or breach of Terms.
We may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms without consent. You may not reassign your rights or obligations without prior written approval.
Participation in certain areas may have additional rules, which operate in conjunction with these Terms.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Notice and other instruments, constitute the complete agreement, superseding all prior understandings.
